There have been reports of the following error under Windows when launching CoDeveloper:
Fatal Error : Could not open the Registry key
SOFTWARE/Impulse Accelerated Technologies/AppMan/Version 3.20

This error may occur if a previous v3.20.x has never been installed on the same machine. NOTE: Other unknown errors may occur if a previous v3.20.x is not overwritten when installing v3.30.a.1

The error is caused by a mismatch in version between the installer and application, once corrected using one of the steps below, there are no side affects. The next release of CoDeveloper will include a fix.

To workaround the error, do one of the following (you may need admin privileges to perform this changes):
Option #1:
1) Download the attached regcopy_v3_30_a_1.txt and then rename it regcopy_v3_30_a_1.bat
2) Run regcopy_v3_30_a_1.bat in order to copy the existing registry settings to the needed location - this will work on Windows XP but may not always on Windows Vista necessitating Option #2

Option #2:
1) Run Regedit.exe from a command window or Start->Run, regedit
2) Go to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Impulse Accelerated Technologies\iAppMan\Version 3.30
and rename or copy it to "Version 3.20"
3) Go to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Impulse Accelerated Technologies\iAppMonitor\Version 3.30
and rename or copy it to "Version 3.20"

Please email support@impulsec.com if you have further difficulty or questions.
