Hello!
I am facing two problem using the XPS development tools
1) Each time I open the project the source file are not known by the compiler so I have to delete them and then add them again
2) Each time I save a file it takes about 3 minutes for the job to be accomplished, although I have a powerfull computer.

Hi,
Your problems sound very unique, sorry I'm not going to be much help but I would suggest looking at things such as file permissions or maybe a corrupted XPS installation.
Have you tried doing searches on Xilinx's website? Their answer records are quite extensive and if anyone's reported such a problem, the answer may very likely be in there.
