I have downloaded CoDevelopperXilinx2.20.g.6.exe (64 229 376 bytes) 7-th may 07 3pm CET

It indicates file corrupted during instalation.

CoDevelopperUniversal2.20.g.6.exe (88 460 415 bytes ) downloads and installs OK.

It appears your download was incomplete. The correct file size is 72,518,442 bytes. Could you try downloading again?
