CoDeveloper Version 2.20 is now available from the download page at www.ImpulseC.com/ReleaseFiles. This update includes many new features and improvements, including:
  • Support for array function parameters, allowing array data to be passed into hardware primitive functions.
  • Preliminary support for Lattice FPGA devices (Verilog output only).
  • Preliminary support for National Instruments LabVIEW FPGA, including a complete LabVIEW FPGA tutorial.
  • Support for the Pico Computing E-14 (Xilinx Virtex-4 PCMCIA card) platform.
  • Improved Altera Quartus tutorial documents.
  • Support for Verilog support in the Altera Nios 2 platform.
  • New quad-word APU read/write macros for Xilinx Virtex-4 FX platform
  • A new co_stream_config function allowing memory types (block RAM vs distributed RAM) to be specified for stream FIFOs.
  • Various optimizer and hardware generation improvements.
  • New and improved Impulse C examples.
Download this version today. Note that your existing CoDeveloper Version 2.10 license is fully compatible with this new version.
