The examples from the book (and more) can be found in the standard CoDeveloper installation, which can be downloaded from www.ImpulseC.com/ReleaseFiles. You won't need a license file to view the examples, but if you want to try running them, please request an evaluation license from www.ImpulseC.com/eval.
